The LWNPP is equipped with the latest in cardiovascular and weight machines, as well as a full line of free weights and a variety of group fitness classes. After your workout, you can relax in the sauna and jacuzzi located in each locker room or make an appointment for a therapeutic massage. If those aches and pains continue, we have a licensed chiropractor right inside the fitness center. The Lifestart Wellness Network at Phoenix Plaza is a unique place with limited membership where "We know you by name, not number!" With our big gym equipment, but small gym attitude, we offer something for everyone. To park in our free covered parking garage, turn east on Catalina from Central (one block north of Thomas). The Phoenix Plaza Parking Garage is located on the south side of the street. Park in visitor parking or in the designated fitness spaces on the fourth floor.
